At Château Boyd-Cantenac, we want every visit to be meaningful and memorable. For this reason, we offer a comprehensive, and above all highly personalized visit.
By stepping through the gate of Château Boyd-Cantenac, you enter a place shaped by time, and share the richness of a tradition built over generations.
Our Vineyard
Your visit begins with a short walk to our vineyards, where you will learn how soil and climate shape the vine’s growing cycle, and how each season influences the character of a vintage. We share the principles guiding our work on the vines, which always aims to optimize grape quality and vine health. You will also discover what makes the terroir of Margaux so uniquely suited to producing world-class wines.
Our wines
The visit ends with a tasting session, often led by Lucien Guillemet, director and family member. We provide our guests with the tools to approach wine with confidence: learning how to identify aromas and how to structure one’s impressions. Beyond purely technical aspects, we encourage a more personal relationship with wine, helping each visitor discover their own taste.

We would be delighted to answer your questions and to share a selection of our wines with you, each visit is unique depending on the season and current activity. We can only accommodate a maximum of 8 people per visit in order to preserve the quality of the experience. Visits are by appointment only, 20€ per person.
